San Jose, California--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Parade Technologies, Ltd. (Taipei Stock Exchange code: 4966.TWO), a leading supplier of high-speed interface ICs, today announced the third quarter of fiscal year 2021 ending September 30 Financial results for 2021 and provide guidance for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2021.

Consolidated revenue was US$197.2 million and consolidated net profit was US$53.34 million. The basic and fully diluted after-tax earnings per share ("EPS") were 0.67 US dollars (18.71 Taiwan dollars) and 0.66 US dollars (18.34 Taiwan dollars), respectively. In comparison, the consolidated income of the same period last year was US$150.15 million, and the combined net profit was US$36.75 million. PS8830 has all the functions of USB4, DisplayPort 2.0 and Thunderbolt 3.0. This allows OEMs to provide a wide range of products with a platform life that faces the future. PS8830 fully complies with the USB4 specification of USB-IF and supports up to Gen 3×2 (2x 20Gbps) or 40Gbps. It supports DP 1.4a and USB 3.2 USB4 tunnels and alternate modes, including DP 2.0 up to UHBR20 and TBT 3.0 up to 41.25Gbps (2x 20.625Gbps). When USB4 mode is not supported, PS8830 will fall back to USB 3.2 mode.
